Bio： Jack Lee 李仁傑 is Founding Managing Partner of HCM Capital. He’s been associated with Foxconn Technology Group since 2007.
Mr. Lee has led quite a few blockchain investment and incubation projects through HCM over the past three years , including equity investments, for example, in DCG, Abra, Galaxy Digital, Cambridge Blockchain,…etc. and supply chain finance by using Blockchain, i.e. Chained Finance project. Mr. Lee is also serving as Board member to some of those companies mentioned above and as strategic adviser to Figure Technology.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Lee has led over ten cross border strategic investments and Merger & Acquisition cases on strengthening Foxconn’s position in the global tech arena. Mr. Lee also successfully launched the Foxconn Finance Platform in 2013 in China and has helped over 600 Foxconn’s and affiliated companies’ SME vendors on getting loan financing.
Prior joining Foxconn, Mr. Lee was the deputy general manager of Polaris Financial (now with Yuanta, one of the largest Financial Group in Taiwan). In early 2000s, he served for JP Morgan’s Investment Banking Division as an investment banker; Citi investment bank for the Equity Capital Market division. He began his career with P&G.
Mr. Lee received his MBA degree from UCLA Anderson in California and graduated from National Taiwan University with a BA degree in Business Administration. He currently spends most time in China and SF Bay Area in the US.
